At Energize Health Club we offer over 28 fitness classes to members many on a complimentary basis & to non members on a pay as you go basis.


- high intensity weight bearing class such as "Pump & Burn"
- Classes for Body & Mind - Pilates & Yoga 
- High intensity cardiovascular classes -  Step Arobics and HIIT
- Golden Dance - The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. Our classes provide modified low-impact moves for active older adults
