Swimming Pool Limerick

Energize Health Club at the Limerick Strand Hotel offers a 20m indoor heated swimming pool. Open seven days week to club members and hotel guests.
Exercising in the water is a great way to come back from a sports injury, recovering from surgery or maintaining your fitness while you are waiting to get back to your usual weight bearing sport, like running. Aqua Aerobics is an ideal form of low impact group exercise which we offer to members.

Swimming Lessons are available for all ages at the Pool. Adult Lessons, Childrens Lessons.
