A Look at Our Festive Dining Experience
Christmas Eve is always a firm favourite, with guests enjoying our popular Christmas Eve Buffet Lunch in the Shannon Suite. This four-course festive lunch, prepared by our award-winning culinary team, will be accompanied by live music from Limerick’s renowned crooner Liam O’Brien, along with a magic show and a special visit from Santa Claus, making it a memorable occasion for families.
For those seeking a more relaxed celebration, guests also joined us in the award-winning River Bar & Restaurant for Christmas Eve Lunch, enjoying a limited seasonal menu and a leisurely drink by the fire in a cosy, festive setting.
On Christmas Day, celebrations will continue with a luxurious 5-course Christmas Lunch in the Shannon Suite. Guests will be welcomed with arrival drinks in the foyer from 1.00pm, before being escorted to the Shannon Suite and brought to their tables between 1.30pm and 1.45pm, where an amuse-bouche and beautifully crafted festive menu awaited. Live music throughout the afternoon, including a performance by Liam O’Brien from 1.00pm to 3.00pm, followed by Jayne Fraser from 3.00pm to 5.00pm, will complete the experience, alongside a special gift for each child, creating a truly memorable Christmas Day celebration.
