Celebrations begin with a glass of bubbly & canapes on arrival at 1:00pm followed by Christmas Day Lunch in The Shannon Suite. The 5 course festive Lunch menu is prepared by our award winning executive Chef and team which include’s all of the festive favourite along with impressive homemade dessert options. Experience the Christmas magic with a visit from Santa Claus during lunch with gifts for all the kids.
