Our Studio has eight state of the art spinning bikes, and we run 45 and 30 minute spinning classes. Spinning is the perfect high intensity, low impact fitness class and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Our fun classes are an amazing calorie burner, and with classes at different times every day, there is a class to suit everyone!
