Our roast rib of Irish Beef was awarded overall Winner in Knorr’s “Ireland’s Great Roast 2019”, it is a firm favourite.
Our executive Chef slow cooks the Rib of Irish Beef for over 26 hours, it is marinated in 3 types of Mustard.
The roast Rib is then expertly hand carved by our chefs.
