Yes. We are fully licensed to host civil and humanist ceremonies, allowing you to celebrate your entire wedding day in one beautiful riverside location.

How many guests can you accommodate?
We can cater up to 480 guests.

What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer four wedding packages: Treaty, Shannon, Thomond and Dreams. Each package includes a drinks reception, five-course banquet, evening food and a late bar.

Can we customise our wedding package?
Absolutely. Our wedding team will work with you to tailor your package and create a celebration that reflects your style and vision.

Do you offer intimate weddings?
Yes. Our Rooftop City View Suite provides an elegant setting for intimate weddings, with panoramic views of the River Shannon and Limerick city skyline.

Do you offer Christmas weddings?
Yes. During the festive season, our beautifully decorated suites create a magical setting for winter weddings, complete with seasonal touches and festive décor.

Is Limerick Strand Hotel an eco-friendly wedding venue?
Yes. We are proud to hold the Gold Green Tourism Award and Green Hospitality Eco Label. We also offer a range of sustainable wedding options.

How do you support sustainable weddings?
For every wedding booked, we plant a native tree through our charity partner Hometree. We also offer reusable décor, digital menus, locally sourced ingredients, vegan menu options and sustainable drinks choices.

Can you cater for vegetarian, vegan and dietary requirements?
Yes. Our chefs can accommodate vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements to ensure all guests enjoy their dining experience.

Is accommodation available for wedding guests?
Yes. We offer accommodation for both the wedding couple and their guests, subject to availability.
