One2onePersonal training is available to members (at additional charge) with our fully qualified personal trainer Aaron Presley Galvin. Aaron has over 5 years personal training experience holding A.C.E and N.C.E.F Qualifications amongst others. Through years as a trainer and interaction with hundreds of people in the fitness environment Aaron has come to understand that people need knowledge, direction and motivation. Therefore his goal is to educate, train and empower you with the necessary skills to kick start the next stage of your life and get you on route to becoming a fitter, healthier, more confident you!
LIFESTYLE & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
As a certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach, Aaron can identify health, lifestyle and fitness barriers which individuals may need to overcome in order to achieve their health goals. Through fitness and body composition assessments, diet and health screening, Aaron can design and implement a specific and effective program ensuring adherence to a diet and exercise regime to achieve long term and permanent results.
