Tom Flavin and his culinary team pride in serving the finest quality of Irish and international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce with all the food traceable and where possible an emphasis on using locally produced products.  Tom also operates an in-house bakery selection making freshly baked breads and muffins daily.  In addition they have a multi-award winning ‘The Strand Pantry Range’ including homemade chutneys and jams.

The kitchen team works hard to make food provenance and seasonality a point of difference. As well as the usual fruits and juices, fresh fruit salad and porridge with Irish honey, there's a tempting range of breads and pastries baked in-house, a healthy smoothie station an extensive tea and coffee menu, and hot dishes alongside a good rendition of the full Irish featuring local breakfast meats

We have recently added a chef's  station to our offering where our breakfast Chef will happily create fresh egg dishes including pancakes, omelettes and eggs benedict.
