Cloche –Your wedding breakfast is presented in Silver Dome Covers for the “voila” effect. Every guests meal is served in a cloche beginning with the top table
White Glove Snake Service - All of our waiting staff wear white gloves and each guest is at the table is served a fully plated meal instantaneously
Hurricane Candles - Large hurricane candles are placed along the stairs to Shannon Suite at the drinks reception and in the room itself, creating a fabulously elegant ambiance
Up lighters and mood lighting - the hotel supplies up-lighters, strategically placed around the room in the same colour as your wedding theme creating a stunning atmosphere. We are also use candlelight as much as possible to add to the romantic mood – candles are placed on every table and in the bathrooms
Overnight Invitations – We supply every couple with overnight invitations for guests, which outlines the preferred rates for wedding guests along with hotel contact information, and sat nav coordinates
Wedding Sweepstake – we supply personalised Wedding Speech Sweepstake Kits for every table
Personalised Photographic wedding menus – We liaise with the couples photographer and place a picture of the bride and groom on the wedding menu, the perfect “souvenir” for guests
Late Night Feast - should not all of your evening food be consumed at the afters reception we shall serve the remainder in the residents bar to your overnight guests who fancy a nibble before bed!
