The Strand Pantry Range
For a taste of the Limerick Strand Hotel at home Tom Flavin is delighted to introduce his award winning pantry range. An inspiring home made pantry range from the Executive Chef and his talented culinary team. The Range includes items such as Classic Caesar Dressing, Chicken Liver Parfait, Pear Chutney and sweet treats, including: jams, scones and the famous Strand Banoffi Pie. Seasonal produce such as BBQ Sseasoning and Cranberry Sauce also make an appreance in the range throughtout the year!
We are delighted to announce that Tom Flavin's Pantry Range Products have won Two Gold Star Ratings at the UK Great Taste Awards 2011 & 2012. The Great Taste Awards are often referred to as the "oscars of the food industry". Chef Tom exceeded all his expectations in Sept 2011 by winning Silver for his Caesar Salad Dressing part of The Secret Ingredient inhouse Pantry Range at The annual Blas na hEireann National Irish Food Awards . In addition to this the Limerick Strand Hotel won overall ‘Business Diversification Award’ sponsored by AIB. The only hotel to win at the Irish Food Awards View Price List -The range is available for purchase at the Limerick Strand Hotel Daily. -Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for whole cakes and large orders -The range is also available for wholesale.
