At Energize Health Club we offer a wide range of classes to members& non members including:
Members Classes
Body Pump – Resistance based exercise class using barbells. This is a total body work out challenging all your major muscle groups. Proven to condition and tone your body.
Pilates seeks to develop controlled movement from a strong core. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility but also strength, endurance and co- ordination.
Step Aerobics is a high energy cardio vascular class to help you burn calories and improve co-ordination, all to the sounds of your favourite pop and dance tracks.
Aqua aerobics- Low impact exercise class particularly beneficial to those at risk of bodily stress including the elderly, over weight and those recovering from soft tissue injury. Benefits include increased aerobic endurance, greater flexibility and increased muscle tone.
