Our award winning executive Chef Tom Flavin & the culinary team prides themselves in serving the finest quality of Irish & international cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce all of our food is traceable and where possible we emphasize on using locally produced products. You can sample them in either our award-winning River Restaurant or our highly-popular and welcoming Terrace Café-Bar.

The culinary teams pride themselves on producing almost everything in house from scratch! The lettuce for our salads is hand-cut (local organic when available) and washed in small batches as needed—not from a bag.
Soups, sauces and dressings are made fresh from our own recipes, most of which are gluten free, we do not add MSG to any of our recipes.
Our mashed potatoes are made only from fresh local Irish potatoes at least twice daily so you may find a lump or two because they’re real.
We use only the finest, freshest Irish meats for our grilled steaks, burgers and sandwiches; starting with fresh whole meats whenever possible putting none of it to waste. For example whole fresh Irish chickens are broken down and the bones are roasted to make soups, stocks and sauces. (We strongly discourage the use of pre-produced bases for our stocks.)
All our pastries and breads are baked daily by our in house pastry chef Janet who creates a proud display daily in the Terrace Café of gooey Pavlovas, Pear Tarts and chocolate fanciers to name a few!

The Range includes items such as Classic Creaser Dressing, home made Chicken liver parfait and sweet treat such home made jams, scones and Banoffi Pie perfect for family occasions or as a simple treat.
