Duty Manager (Food & Beverage)

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role within the Food & Beverage operations in a 4* Hotel. This is a hands on role and the successful candidate will be required to manage a team and have a proven track record in excellent customer care and efficient food and beverage operations.
The Duty Manager will oversee the Food & Beverage operations in the Restaurant & Cafe Bar while on duty and ensure that a consistently high standard of service, product and customer care is delivered at all times.
